We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist/Host to be the first point of contact for Alba Cars and support our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting. As the welcoming face of our showroom, you will manage front desk operations, assist customers, and provide administrative support to the sales team. Front Desk Operations & Customer Reception
Greet and assist customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area.
Sales Team & Administrative Support
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination for the sales team.
Provide administrative assistance such as filing, maintaining records, and handling showroom documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Customer Service Excellence
Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to a supportive and service-driven team culture.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like Arabic are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Salary Range: 2,800 AED – 3,000 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism).
Benefits: Medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship.
Working Days: 6 days per week
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
This is a full-time, on-site position at Alba Cars. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
