A reputable Dubai-based oil & gas firm is seeking a Receptionist cum Admin to coordinate schedules, greet visitors, and assist with HR and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and proficiency in MS Office, with French language skills being a plus.

Job Description: • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments. • Greet visitors and manage front desk and handle courier and delivery logistics. • Support basic HR and accounts tasks (e.g., visa follow-ups, petty cash). • Prepare and format documents, memos, and reports.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant. Basic understanding of HR or accounting procedures is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • French speaker is a plus
