Responsibilities
Main Duties:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to all visitors and staff, representing the school professionally.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Possess strong knowledge of key information about the school.
  • Guide and assist parents during the student registration and admission process, especially during initial inquiries.
  • Perform word-processing and other IT-based tasks, such as database management, Excel, and internet research.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally, following standard telephone etiquette.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
  • Assist the Admissions team with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Log admissions inquiries into the MIS database.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the school, including curriculum, education levels, and tuition fees.
  • Respond courteously to telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with tasks assigned by the management team as needed.
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as required by supervisors.
Specific Duties:
  • Provide general clerical support, including updating attendance registers, photocopying, filing, faxing, and responding to routine correspondence.
  • Produce lists, information, or data as required, such as class lists.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings.
  • Arrange transportation for visitors when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor Degree Certificate.
Minimum Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role within the region.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with parents in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent office management skills.
