Job Description

Your passion and energy will shine as you welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out. Your friendly manner will help manage guest expectations in a busy environment. With attention to detail, you will follow procedures meticulously. Managing payments will be second nature, supported by strong data entry skills for accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, answering calls warmly and promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information on promotions, room rates, and local activities.
  • Handle payments following cash handling procedures and process reservations and cancellations accurately.
  • Identify corporate leads and foster long-term relationships.
  • Promote online presence and gather customer feedback.
  • Address online guest feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure smooth reception operations. Maintain stock of supplies and stationeries.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints.
  • Ensure guest safety in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.
