Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and liaising with various departments. Responsibilities

  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries in a timely manner.

  7. Ensure all visitors are signed in and general security protocols are followed.
  8. Liaise with employees and management to direct visitor inquiries appropriately.
  9. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  10. Manage and ensure an adequate stock of office and front desk supplies.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments.
  12. Offer refreshments and hospitality services to guests and clients when required.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent education is required for this position.
