Noor Alzahra Medical Clinic is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front desk duties with professionalism, ensure smooth patient flow, and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
Handle billing, insurance forms, and basic clerical duties
Requirements:
Prior experience in a medical or clinical reception role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (knowledge of medical software is a plus)
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
