Join our dynamic Hygiene distribution company as a Receptionist based in Sharjah, UAE. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to visitors and providing critical administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls efficiently. - Manage and maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. - Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members. - Maintain and update contact lists and company directories. - Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to various departments as needed. - Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access at the reception area.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Arabic. - Emirati Nationality - Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment. - Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred, ideally within FMCG or distribution sectors. - Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment. - Reliable, punctual, and a team player committed to delivering excellent customer service
