We’re looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist (UAE National) to be the face of our client’s company and provide outstanding front-desk and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests with the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure all guests are promptly attended to and escorted to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about the company and its services.
  • Operate and manage the Queue Management System efficiently.
  • Coordinate with courier services for sending and receiving packages; ensure proper completion of airway bills and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents received, dispatched, and delivered.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support the department’s daily operations as instructed by management.
  • Use Zoho Desk to assign tickets to the correct team members based on the CH weekly schedule, ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or the business setup/freezone industry is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or a second language is highly preferred.
