Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle student affairs, including class registrations, scheduling, and inquiries.
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Assist students with course materials, textbooks, and other resources as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Females ONLY.
Native Arab, Fluent in English.
Able to start immediately.
