Job Description

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. Based in the UAE, the ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about services or departments
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support office coordination tasks
  • Maintain the reception area’s appearance, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols in line with company policy
  • Provide translation or communication assistance in Arabic when needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or hospitality are a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous UAE experience preferred; knowledge of local culture and etiquette is an advantage
