Exciting Opportunity for Meet & Greeter MG Fujairah!

Are you a friendly, approachable individual with a passion for enhancing customer experience? We are looking for a dynamic Meet & Greeter to join our team at MG Fujairah. This role offers an exciting chance to directly interact with customers, manage service appointments, and ensure visitors receive the best possible service during their visit.

1. Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcome customers to the service center, provide guidance, and offer refreshments to ensure a positive experience.
2. Managing Service Appointments: Schedule service appointments and follow up with reminder calls to ensure customers are informed and on time.
3. Handling Communication: Operate telephone switchboards to connect calls, route inquiries to appropriate departments, and handle outgoing calls as required.
4. Ensuring Customer Comfort: Inform customers of the approximate wait times and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
5. Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail when necessary.
