A reputable real estate company in Dubai is looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling calls. Salary is between AED 6000 to 7000 per month, with a contract period of one year.

Job Description

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle client and guest inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage client appointments, property viewings, and property-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and maintain the office calendar for DHLE meetings.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging logistics for real estate appointments.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing documentation and maintaining office records.
  • Support client queries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by management or the real estate team.
  • Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.
