Job description

Position Summary:

Richmond Properties is seeking a well-educated, highly organized, and solution-oriented

Female Receptionist to join our Dubai office. The selected candidate will play an active role

in organizing front desk operations, coordinating administrative support processes, and

ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors. This position is key to

maintaining the overall efficiency and professionalism of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a strong first impression
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Monitor office supply levels and organize the procurement of necessary materials
  • Oversee the organization of general office tasks such as document tracking, filing, and preparation
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal correspondence
  • Support the HR team with UAE employment visa applications and related documentation processes
  • Manage and maintain overall office order, tidiness, and operational efficiency
  • Experience with property listing platforms such as Property Finder and Dubizzle is a strong advantage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related fields within the economic and administrative sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate industry
  • Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel,
  • PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of UAE employment visa processes and ability to manage required documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with responsibility and discipline
