Job Description:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle client and guest inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage client appointments, property viewings, and property-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and maintain the office calendar for DHLE meetings.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging necessary logistics for real estate appointments.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing documentation and maintaining office records.
- Support client queries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management or the real estate team.
- Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry. Familiarity with real estate terminology, procedures, and client management.
Other Requirements: (e.g., UAE Driving License)
