Responsibilities
  1. Greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
  2. Answering incoming calls, managing emails, and handling queries efficiently.
  3. Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room bookings.
  4. Managing courier services, mail distribution, and front desk supplies.
  5. Supporting the administrative team with data entry and filing.
  6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  7. Following safety and confidentiality policies.
  8. Assisting in onboarding visitors or new staff members as needed.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is a plus.
