Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a presentable, empathetic, and proactive receptionist who is passionate about animal care and excels in handling both people and pets. The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or veterinary nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and welcoming pet owners and their furry companions
  • Registering new pets and owners accurately on clinic software
  • Managing appointment bookings through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and social media
  • Conducting appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Educating clients on clinic services, veterinary procedures, and pet care facilities
  • Coordinating with vets and support staff for daily operations and emergency cases
  • Handling cash, POS transactions, electronic and online payments
  • Preparing invoices, bills, and official documentation under veterinary guidance
  • Supporting the team during surgeries, treatment prep, or any urgent situations
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as they arise in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a veterinary clinic (Receptionist or Veterinary Nurse)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using veterinary or medical software systems
