Position Overview:
Ocudi Shipping LLC is a dynamic and growing shipping NVOCC organization dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking two friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  5. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  6. Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
  7. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  8. Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Must have experience working in the UAE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor.
