Position Title: Receptionist

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure reception desk is manned, operationally prepared and kept tidy, presentable at all times to reflect the club’s image.
  2. Ensure guests are checking in in the guest registration & manually check members when required.
  3. Monitor the flow of people coming in and out of the facility.
  4. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and ensure all calls are attended to appropriately.
Qualifications:
  1. Open to CIS, European and Arabic nationalities.
  2. 38 years old and below.
  3. Certificate in Customer Service or Certificate in Hospitality.
  4. At least 2 years’ experience in the role of customer service in hospitality.
