About Your Team

You’ll report to the Head of Technical and be a key contributor within the tender and planning functions at ALEC Building.

Your Role

  • Greet and assist visitors and staff with professionalism
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logs
  • Support basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies coordination
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
