About the Role
McCone Properties is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the face of our company and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of real estate developers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting our team with administrative tasks, briefing setups, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments.
  3. Maintain an organized reception area and provide a seamless experience for guests.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, briefings, and appointments for the team.
  5. Assist in setting up team briefings by gathering relevant data on developers and market updates.
  6. Assist in managing office supplies, couriers, and general administrative support.
  7. Maintain and update records, databases, and developer information.
  8. Coordinate with brokers, management, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
