Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
  3. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  4. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  5. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  6. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  7. Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  8. Supervise administrative staff and provide support and guidance as needed.
  9. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  10. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Russian and English.
  2. Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Knowledge of office management software and procedures.
  9. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
