Job description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, manage front-desk operations, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office inventory management
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
  • Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex issues to appropriate personnel

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Customer service attitude and a positive, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
