Responsibilities: To be responsible for the overall care and service for guests throughout their stay. Greet, meet, and assist guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms. Assist and follow up on guests' requests and inquiries. Provide information and service based on the hotel standards and policies.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a relevant degree.
Fresh graduates are welcome. A minimum of 1 year in Reception or Guest Service experience will be a strong plus.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
