Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their first impression reflects high standards
• Handling bookings efficiently and accommodating special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
• Overseeing the seating process, ensuring smooth table assignments and organized flow during peak hours
• Striving for quality and consistency in service to guests
• Liaising with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and communication
