Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Manage and direct incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  5. Assist with booking meeting rooms and scheduling appointments.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  7. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., preparing documents, filing).
  8. Assist with preparing and sending out correspondence.
  9. Keep records of visitors and deliveries.
  10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  11. Ensure the safety and security of the building by following proper visitor and access protocols.
  12. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Preferred Arabic speaker and Fluency in English.
