Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Supports staff by coordinating their needs, such as supplying the office with necessary materials, handling office inquiries, and ensuring regular supply of stationery, pantry, and cleaning materials.
Prepares reports and manages them to be up to date.
Transfers all requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or college degree in any industry.
Preferably 1 year of experience in the customer service industry.
