Overview of the Role: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Reception Supervisor to join our Lexus Ajman team. As a Reception Supervisor, you will oversee and lead a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and promoting a culture of excellence, enthusiasm, and professionalism in our service reception.
You will be working closely with the Aftersales Manager and liaising with the workshop team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the go-to person for addressing queries from other departments and customers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the service center.
