Role Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking a professional Receptionist Manager to lead front-desk operations and ensure a premium experience for clients, agents, and visitors. You’ll oversee the reception team, uphold office efficiency, and maintain the company’s high-end brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Operations
  • Supervise and coach reception staff, ensuring top-tier performance
  • Schedule and manage receptionist shifts to guarantee seamless front-desk coverage
  • Client & Visitor Experience
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality—greeting, assisting, and directing clients and guests
  • Oversee reception activities around property showings, meetings, and events
  • Administrative & Compliance Duties
  • Maintain organized reception area and manage office supply levels
  • Supervise all incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier coordination
  • Ensure contract preparation (e.g., tenancy, NOC, MOUs) with accuracy and compliance with RERA/DLD regulations
  • System & Data Management
  • Ensure timely updates to CRM/client databases and accurate document filing
  • Manage visitor logs, access protocols, and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Vendor & Facility Coordination
  • Coordinate reception-related external services (cleaning, maintenance, security)
  • Handle minor financial processes such as invoice tracking and expense recording

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in reception or administrative roles within real estate, property management, or hospitality
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, overseeing front-desk teams and multi-shift schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English + Arabic) preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder portals), and familiarity with RERA/DLD or Ejari documentation
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities, professional presentation, and service-oriented mindset
