Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and checking for quality and quantity of all goods into the stores based on the LPO prepared by the Purchasing office.
- Ensures issue of material after checking the General Store Requisition form which is prepared by the department making the request.
- Assists the Storekeeper in the physical taking of the stock and other works requested.
- The principal accountabilities listed above is an illustrative list and not an exhaustive list. Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.
- Prepare and ensure correctness of the month end reports.
- Monitor and report to the Financial Controller all slow moving items and dead stocks on monthly basis.
