Job summary

GCG Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Credit Collections professional in the UAE to manage receivables, follow up on due payments, and maintain accurate statements. The role involves liaising with clients, ensuring timely collections, and coordinating with Finance on adjustments and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in collections, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a similar collections role.
• Proficient in Excel and monthly follow-up reporting.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients via calls and emails to collect payments.
• Meet collecting targets to keep ageing/overdues within norms.
• Prepare and send periodical receivables statements.
• Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and collection活动.
• Escalate unresolved accounts to Collections Manager when needed.
