Job Summary

The summary of this role involves reviewing raw material, organizing clips, and utilizing digital editing software to construct a compelling narrative. They manage pacing, handle sound and color, and export projects tailored to specific platforms like film, TV, or social media

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, property tours, promotional videos, corporate videos and social media content.
• Transform raw footage into polished, visually compelling stories.
• Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, sound effects and motion elements.
• Work closely with the marketing teams to develop creative content concepts.
• Ensure all content follows Expora Realty’s visual identity and premium brand standards.
• Use AI-powered tools for video creation, editing, scripting, voiceovers, visual enhancement, content generation and workflow optimisation.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, video editing and content creation trends.
• Experiment with new creative formats and AI technologies to make our content more innovative and engaging.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files and content libraries.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Good understanding of social media content and current video trends
• Strong sense of storytelling, composition and visual aesthetics
• Experience creating real estate or luxury lifestyle content is an advantage
• Must have experience working with AI content creation tools
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Willingness to experiment, learn and continuously develop new creative skills
