Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Lead from the front with direct client engagement and closing deals
  • Oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to real estate, business, or sales.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai’s off-plan or premium real estate market
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships confidently
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
