We are looking for an energetic and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for setting goals providing guidance and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements
