Reap HR Consultancy in Dubai seeks dynamic Sales Executives to join its expanding property sales team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for real estate, with the ability to achieve sales targets through effective client relationship management.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling properties, developing relationships with buyers and owners, conducting viewings, and coordinating with marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
• Presentable and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants and property owners.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Stay updated with current market trends, competitors, and pricing.
• Prepare necessary documentation for sales and leasing transactions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and administrative teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events.
