Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose:

  1. To lead and manage the performance of Real Estate Finance and real estate in general.
  2. Self-motivated Relationship Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate sales, proven track record of driving sales success, and contributing to the growth of the real estate business.
  3. The sole owner of the accounts, which need to be kept up to date.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Generating client leads to finance real estate properties.
  2. Counseling customers on market conditions, rates, prices, and mortgages.
  3. Developing competitive market prices by comparing with other banks.
  4. Creating listings for real estate sale properties, including information on location, features, square footage, etc.
  5. Building customer cases with all required documents as per ADIB approved TM/RAC.
  6. Finalizing deals with customers, including signing facility offer letters, mortgage contracts, and related documents.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  8. Having a solid understanding of available real estate products and their variances.
  9. Having a strong understanding of CRM and sales tools.
  10. Exhibiting excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  11. Calculating customer's net worth and building a strong case for credit underwriting.
  12. Assessing customer's eligibility based on risk components and preparing different amortization schedules.
  13. Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  14. Addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain a positive client experience.
  15. Ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met during property transactions.
  16. Following up with credit and operations teams on pipeline cases.
  17. Coordinating with valuation companies regarding valuation reports.
  18. Achieving monthly sales targets.
  19. Demonstrating high self-motivation and drive to excel in the competitive real estate market.
  20. Driving business growth and new sales acquisitions related to Real Estate Finance.
  21. Working closely with the Head of Sales to cascade sales targets and achievements.
  22. Maintaining a focus on achieving monthly sales targets.
  23. Adhering to approved TM/RAC and ADIB policies.
  24. Maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
  25. Managing real estate accounts effectively.
  26. Taking ownership of pipeline cases and following up to finalize transactions.
  27. Adhering to HR controls, procedures, and policies.
  28. Ensuring all communications are professional and prompt.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  2. 8-10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
  3. Understanding of the Real Estate market, industry dynamics, and key drivers of change.
  4. Proven sales record and success in driving sales.
  5. Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
  6. Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  7. MIS skills.
  8. Good knowledge of risk weightage components, amortization schedules, the real estate market, and relevant products.
  9. Excellent time management skills.
  10. PC literacy with exceptional analytical skills.
