Position: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Dubai
Role Purpose:
- To lead and manage the performance of Real Estate Finance and real estate in general.
- Self-motivated Relationship Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate sales, proven track record of driving sales success, and contributing to business growth.
- The owner of client accounts, responsible for keeping them up to date.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Generating client leads for real estate financing.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, rates, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing competitive market prices by benchmarking against other banks.
- Creating property listings with details such as location, features, and size.
- Building client cases with all required documents as per ADIB standards.
- Finalizing deals, including signing facility offer letters and mortgage contracts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
- Having a solid understanding of real estate products and market variances.
- Utilizing CRM and sales tools effectively.
- Exhibiting excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Calculating clients’ net worth and building cases for credit underwriting.
- Assessing client eligibility based on risk components and preparing amortization schedules.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout transactions.
- Addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Ensuring legal and contractual obligations are met during transactions.
- Following up with credit and operations teams on pipeline cases.
- Coordinate with valuation companies for reports.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Driving business growth and new sales in Real Estate Finance.
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to meet targets.
- Maintaining customer experience and managing real estate accounts.
- Taking ownership of pipeline cases and following up to close transactions.
- Adhering to HR policies and communication standards.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with specialization in Finance or Accounting.
- 8-10 years of relevant banking experience.
- Understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics.
- Proven sales success record.
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MIS and risk assessment components.
- Time management and analytical skills.
- PC literacy.
