Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Indirect Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate sales management and a strong track record in team leadership, ideally within a developer or related real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Indirect Sales Team, ensuring successful sales performance.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels such as agents, brokers, and partnerships.
3. Build and sustain strong relationships with partners and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to leverage opportunities for growth.
5. Analyze and interpret sales data to guide decision-making and track team performance.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
7. Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience within real estate, brokerage, developer, or timeshare sectors, with at least 4 years in a management role.
3. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in motivating and empowering sales teams.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing strategies.
