Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop and execute strategic plans, and build strong client and developer relationships. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the dynamics of Abu Dhabi s competitive off-plan market and knows how to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the off-plan sales team
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Set sales targets and monitor team KPIs
Recruit, train, and retain top real estate talent
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UAE s off-plan real estate market
In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends and investment strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
