Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in driving sales performance. This role involves setting sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth through new opportunities and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team for high performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and launches.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
