Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding interested clients, understanding their criteria, and finding residential spaces that fit these criteria. After that, you will negotiate a price and lead our clients to complete the transaction. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities:

1. Display residential spaces.
2. Advertise and market residential spaces.
3. Find new customers and communicate with them.
4. Discover customer standards and find residential spaces that suit their standards.
5. Negotiate the rent or price of the residential space and complete the transaction with the client.
6. Inform all customers about offers and discounts.
7. Achieve the monthly goal.
8. Follow up on all new properties in the market.
9. Respond to all customer inquiries.
10. Report to the team leader.
11. Problem solving.
12. Work under pressure.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of business.
2. Must speak English and other languages.
3. 0-1 year experience in the UAE real estate market (beginners are welcome).
4. Knowledge of the real estate market and the buying process.
5. The ability to balance, organize, and prioritize work.
6. Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
