Role Description
As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and advising our clients as well as forging and maintaining relationships with property owners, sellers and developers. You will be responsible for conducting high end property viewings, negotiating lease and purchase agreements, and managing the entire process from end to end. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be expected to stay up to date with market trends in the UAE and remain fully educated on regulations related to Real Estate in Dubai.
This is a full time opportunity which is based primarily at our Coldwell Banker Swap branch.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information about the properties
- Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms and prices for selling or leasing properties
- Stay consistently updated with market trends, property values and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong and ongoing relationships with clients
- Stay regularly updated with all branded and luxury residence launches
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout all processes
- Represent both your personal brand and Coldwell Banker to the highest standard at all times
- Meet and exceed all sales targets
- Present yourself immaculately to current and prospective clients, wearing correct office attire at all times
- Collaborate with marketing team to deliver high end and luxury marketing strategies
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a sales environment is essential
- Proven sales history working with high net worth individuals
- Strong business acumen and passion to work in the real estate industry
- Fantastic time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and luxury finishes
- UAE driving license, or convert able license
- 1 year plus experience in a Real Estate environment would be preferable
- RERA license/knowledge would be preferable
