Real Estate Sales Agent

The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties across the UAE. The role demands strong market knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently. Working in a fast-paced and competitive environment, the agent will guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction while complying with local regulations and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate properties by providing market expertise and tailored advice.
2. Conducting property viewings and coordinating open houses and inspections for potential buyers and tenants.
3. Building and maintaining a portfolio of listings through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
4. Negotiating deals and preparing necessary documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
5. Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and offer guidance throughout the process.
6. Keeping up to date with current market trends, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry in the UAE.
7. Collaborating with legal and financial professionals to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
8. Promoting properties through digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales or brokerage in the UAE.
3. Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Familiarity with UAE real estate laws, procedures, and RERA regulations.
6. Proven sales track record with a goal-oriented mindset.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms.
