Job summary

Job Description

- Actively promote and sell properties in the primary, off-plan, and secondary market.

- Handle client inquiries, provide advise on property selection and guide them through the purchase process and documentation.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs and concerns are address to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.

- Create large network, build and maintain relationships with clients, developers and real estate agents.

- Conduct property presentations, development reports, site visits and virtual tours for prospective buyers.

- Stay up to date with real estate market trends, conditions and competitors, providing insights for pricing strategies and property listings

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven work experience in Developer as a Sales or Real Estate Primary and Secondary Market for atleast 1 year

- Responsible for generating real estate inventories and market information.

- Holder of a UAE driving license and a car preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate policies. regulations and documentations.

- Knowledge of CRM and MS office, strong sales negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.

- Must adhere to a formal dress code, casual or clumsy attire is not allowed.

- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages / bilingual is a plus factor.
