Une entreprise dynamique dans le domaine de l'immobilier recherche une agente de télémarketing féminine pour rejoindre son équipe de ventes hors-plan. Vous serez responsable de contacter des clients potentiels, de promouvoir des projets immobiliers et de gérer des leads via téléphone et d'autres canaux. Nous offrons un salaire fixe attractif combiné à des commissions, ainsi qu'un soutien administratif et marketing fort, dans un environnement de travail motivant favorisant la croissance de carrière.

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable en télémarketing ou service client, de préférence dans l'immobilier.

Responsibilities

  • Passer des appels sortants à des clients potentiels.
  • Pitcher des projets immobiliers hors-plan pour générer de l'intérêt.
  • Tenir des dossiers CRM précis et mettre à jour le statut des leads.

Dominion Real Estate LLC is looking for a dynamic female telesales agent to join our growing Off-Plan Sales Team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and portals
  • Pitch off-plan real estate projects effectively to generate interest and bookings
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Schedule property viewings and hand over qualified leads to sales agents
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

  • Must be female (as per team requirements)
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service (Real Estate preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Confidence, persistence, and strong negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of UAE real estate, especially off-plan, is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasive and follow-up abilities
  • Confident in cold calling and handling objections
  • Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Prior real estate or telesales experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of the UAE property market, especially Sharjah/Dubai
  • CRM and lead management familiarity
  • Presentable, punctual, and professionally groomed
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • UAE driving license is a plus (for field agents)
