Job Description

The Real Estate Property Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. This role includes property showings, market analysis, contract negotiation, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and well-versed in the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a portfolio of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.

  • Promote property listings through marketing campaigns and online platforms.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.

  • Provide clients with market insights and investment opportunities.

  • Prepare and review sales agreements, lease contracts, and legal documentation.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of listings and client interactions.

  • Advise clients on pricing, financing options, and legal obligations.

  • Attend networking events and real estate exhibitions to expand client base.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
