Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in project analysis, financial planning, feasibility studies, project controls, or management reporting.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling.
Excellent Excel skills including models, Pivot Tables, charts and data analysis.
Strong PowerPoint and Word presentation and report-writing skills.
Ability to prepare professional management dashboards and presentations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive economic and financial feasibility studies for proposed projects.
Develop project financial models, budgets, cash flow projections, revenue and cost analyses.
Assess project profitability, financial viability, risks and potential returns.
Prepare financial assumptions and scenarios to support management decision-making.
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis as required.
Monitor progress of projects against plans, budgets and milestones.
Coordinate with departments, consultants and contractors for updated information.
Identify delays, cost variations, risks and issues affecting performance.
Provide regular updates to management.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc project reports.
Consolidate project information into clear management reports with variances.
Develop dashboards and management presentations in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Translate and adapt financial information between Arabic and English.
Support management in evaluating new investment opportunities.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses, presentations and reports as requested.
