Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in project analysis, financial planning, feasibility studies, project controls, or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling.
• Excellent Excel skills including models, Pivot Tables, charts and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint and Word presentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to prepare professional management dashboards and presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive economic and financial feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Develop project financial models, budgets, cash flow projections, revenue and cost analyses.
• Assess project profitability, financial viability, risks and potential returns.
• Prepare financial assumptions and scenarios to support management decision-making.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis as required.
• Monitor progress of projects against plans, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate with departments, consultants and contractors for updated information.
• Identify delays, cost variations, risks and issues affecting performance.
• Provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc project reports.
• Consolidate project information into clear management reports with variances.
• Develop dashboards and management presentations in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Translate and adapt financial information between Arabic and English.
• Support management in evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses, presentations and reports as requested.

Feasibility studies for new and existing real estate development projects

Prepare comprehensive economic and financial feasibility studies for proposed projects Develop project financial models budgets cash flow projections revenue and cost analyses Assess project profitability financial viability risks and potential returns Prepare financial assumptions and scenarios to support management decision-making Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis where required

Project Monitoring Follow-up

Monitor the progress of projects against approved plans budgets timelines and key milestones Coordinate with relevant departments consultants contractors and project teams to obtain updated information Identify delays cost variations risks and other issues affecting project performance Follow up on outstanding actions and provide management with regular updates

Financial Management Reporting

Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and ad-hoc project reports Prepare financial performance reports including budget versus actual analysis project costs revenues cash flow and variances Consolidate project information into clear management reports Highlight key issues risks financial implications and required management actions

Reporting Presentations

Prepare professional reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and other relevant tools Develop dashboards financial summaries charts graphs and management presentations Present complex financial and project information in a clear and understandable format Ensure all reports are accurate consistent professional and properly structured

Bilingual Reporting

Prepare and present reports and management information strong in both Arabic and English Translate and adapt financial and project-related information between Arabic and English while maintaining professional terminology and accuracy

Management Support

Provide management with timely analysis and information required for strategic and operational decisions Support management in evaluating new investment and development opportunities Prepare ad-hoc analysis financial studies presentations and reports as requested by management

Required Qualifications Skills

Experience in real estate construction development investment or other project-based businesses would be an advantage Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 7 years of relevant experience in project analysis financial planning feasibility studies project controls or management reporting Strong knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including financial models formulas Pivot Tables charts and data analysis Strong PowerPoint and Word presentation and report-writing skills Ability to prepare professional management dashboards and presentations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong project follow-up and coordination skills Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet reporting deadlines Financial Analysis & Modelling Feasibility Studies Project Monitoring & construction experience is a must, Controls Management Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Data Analysis Business Presentation Attention to Detail Communication & Coordination Strategic Thinking Arabic & English Reporting
