Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize our real estate investments and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to maximize returns. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property operations, financial analysis, and asset management principles. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective portfolio performance and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage the performance of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
2. Conduct regular property assessments and analyze market trends to make informed decisions regarding acquisitions, disposals, and value enhancement.
3. Develop and implement asset strategies aimed at improving revenue generation, tenant retention, and overall property value.
4. Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for properties under management, ensuring compliance with investment goals.
5. Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the portfolio.
6. Negotiate lease agreements and manage tenant relationships to maintain high occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction.
7. Provide recommendations for capital improvements and oversee renovation or redevelopment projects as needed.
8. Collaborate with senior management to align portfolio objectives with overall company strategy and investor expectations.
9. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure all portfolio activities comply with legal and financial standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
2. Proven experience in real estate asset or portfolio management, with a strong track record of performance optimization.
3. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, investment analysis, and property management practices.
4. Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data sets to drive investment decisions.
5. Proficient in real estate management software and financial modeling tools.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
