Realiste is looking for a Real Estate Partner Manager to join our team in Dubai. This onsite role involves working closely with real estate agents to distribute offers, support deal execution, and build long-term client relationships. We develop cutting-edge technology for investors, helping them identify the best opportunities in the real estate market. We operate remotely, giving our team the freedom to work efficiently. Our team is global, accustomed to remote collaboration.

What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Partner Manager, you will work directly with real estate agents, helping them close high-value deals using Realiste’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Close 20+ deals per month in collaboration with real estate agents.
  2. Proactively distribute offers to the market and ensure widespread visibility.
  3. Retain and nurture client relationships with UAE-based agents.
  4. Support deal execution, ensuring smooth closing from start to finish.
  5. Maintain CRM hygiene—no unprocessed or forgotten leads.

Expected Outcomes (in the first 3 months):

  1. Consistently close 20 deals/month.
  2. Reach out to 500 potential clients/month.
  3. Build a network of 150 active realtors.
  4. Keep rejection rate below 5% for contacted clients.
  5. Ensure zero backlog in CRM.
