Job Description
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, web, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and WhatsApp advertising.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage potential buyers and investors, leveraging both established and emerging platforms.
- Lead Qualification: Work with the Lead Generation and Sales teams to ensure that marketing-generated leads are properly qualified and converted into opportunities.
- Creative Campaigns: Ideate and lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media platforms for relevant conversations, identify trending topics, and engage with key mentions to maintain brand presence.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of video content, including shorts for social media, and collaborate with the videography team to ensure high-quality output.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular performance reports with analysis and actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly updates to the General Manager on the progress of marketing initiatives and key performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in marketing within the real estate sector in Dubai or the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential. Additional language skills such as Russian or Arabic are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative Mindset: Strong ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
